Indian Artifacts, including arrowheads,
axes, pendants, Mississippian and Casa Grande pottery. Lots of bulk frames
of birdpoints, woodland points, archaic - including kirks, beaver lakes, big
sandy, and others. Some very large collectable Tussinger second generation
gray ghost or Comanche blades. A couple bronzes that look Chinese and
India. A number of Cigar Store Indians, decorator pieces, Indian art prints,
Curtis photos, and several very nice large wildlife prints. Near East oil
lamps, African baskets and other items. 417 lots for the novice to advanced
collectors. Collection is from one estate and no material has been
added. Many statues and Indian related theme art. A great
opportunity to purchase frames of points, pestles and other artifacts.
TERMS OF SALE
Cash, personal checks with bank letter of credit or
approved by Auction House, Master Card or Visa is accepted with a small
processing fee of 4%. Most items in this auction are assortments. We have
tried to describe in general terms the contents of the lots. However, all
descriptions, tribal designations, materials, approximate age, and condition are
for informational only. We cannot accept responsibility for errors or
omissions. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS - WHERE IS" AND NO
GUARANTEES ARE MADE OR IMPLIED AS TO AGE OR CONDITION.
When the auctioneer says "SOLD", title passes to
the purchaser and he assumes full risk and responsibility for the lot
purchased. Items must be paid for and picked up the day of the sale unless
other arrangements have been made in advance.
The auctioneer will be the final judge as to who is the
highest bidder. In the event of a tie, auctioneer may at his discretion
reopen the bidding between the people involved. In the event of any
dispute, the auctioneer will be the final judge. All Tennessee sales tax
apply unless exemption is allowed. Sales tax numbers will be accepted when
presented with identification.
ABSENTEE BIDS
Absentee Bids are accepted. Call Jim Butler or the
Auction House. These bids will be executed by experienced bidders competitively
with those present. You may bid by phone or mail. Please have your
bids in early. If bidding absentee; we promise to do our best, but we can
not accept responsibility for failing to execute bids. A down payment is
not necessary, but a credit card to secure the bid is required. Actual
payment can be made by cash or check within 7 working days. To insure that
our bid is handled copetitively, please try to avoid last minute notice.
There will be a 10% Buyers Premium and an extra 4% for use of credit or debit
