IDA - ROCK ISLAND COUNTY LOW INTEREST
For first time buyers there is a low interest program in Rock Island County. There are the usual home price and income guidelines which are higher in the targeted areas. In fact, you may not even have to be a first time home buyer in the targeted areas. It will give you some lower closing cost and an 8.1% interest rate.
