COMMUNITY GOLD LOW DOWN PROGRAM

Program features only 3 % down. Must attend pre and post community homebuyer workshop. Repairs can be financed and completion of repairs can take up to 12 months. 2% of down payment and closing cost must be buyers own money. Remainder may be a gift. Total loan to value can be 120% of value to finance repairs and acquisition. Interest rates are normal conventional 30 year fixed rates at time of application or lock.
